Questions

Good to know.

Where does the data come from?

City of Austin issued construction permits and plan review records, and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission liquor license applications. All are public records, usually published 1 to 2 days after filing.

Why not just search the public records myself?

You can. The raw records mix real jobs with small repairs, sign and event permits, revisions and duplicates. We remove those, merge related permits, flag new builders and filter to your area, so the list takes minutes to work through instead of hours.

How often do I get a list?

During the free trial you get your first list the same day you sign up, then a new one every Monday. The paid plan is a daily edition.

Can I choose my area?

Yes. Jobsite Starts filters by Austin ZIP code. Opening Soon filters by county across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio.

How do I cancel?

Email us or reply to any edition. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and if you are not satisfied, email within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. See the terms.

How may I contact the businesses on the list?

By phone call or email, following applicable law. Please do not send them marketing text messages, and do not resell the lists.
